Individual Counseling

Drug and alcohol counseling provides individualized support for adolescents and adults working toward recovery from substance use concerns. Sessions focus on relapse prevention, coping skills, emotional wellness, accountability, and building a sustainable recovery plan. Services are tailored to each individual’s goals, strengths, and stage of change.

Drug & Alcohol Evaluations

Comprehensive drug and alcohol evaluations are available for court, probation, attorney, school, employment, and personal needs. Evaluations include a clinical interview, evidence-based screening tools, and diagnostic assessment using DSM-5 criteria. Recommendations are guided by ASAM criteria and current best practices for substance use treatment.

Group Treatment

Evidence-based group treatment provides a supportive environment where individuals can build recovery skills, strengthen accountability, learn from peers, and practice strategies for long-term sobriety. Topics may include relapse prevention, coping skills, emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and recovery planning.

COURT & LEGAL REFERRALS

Individuals involved with probation, pretrial services, specialty courts, attorneys, or other legal systems often face unique challenges related to substance use and recovery. Sierra Sol Counseling LLC provides professional, accountability-focused services designed to support compliance, recovery, and long-term success.

Services may include drug and alcohol evaluations, ASAM assessments, treatment recommendations, individual counseling, group treatment, relapse prevention planning, progress monitoring, and communication with referral sources when appropriate and authorized.
